It all Starts with an apple
Around here, everything begins with an apple.
The orchards you see today were planted years ago by families who built their lives around this land — and they’ve cared for them season after season ever since. Every apple represents a lot of work: pruning in the cold, watching for pests, thinning in the summer, and hoping for just the right weather.
We work with orchards across New England and New York in two ways: some trust us to turn their apples into cider with their name on the label, and others supply the fruit we press into our own. When you drink our cider, you’re tasting the work of people who get up early, stay late, and take pride in what they grow.
This is where our story starts. With an apple, an orchard, and the folks who keep them going.
